Retainer Packages

To better serve my clients, I offer flexible retainer packages that ensure you have the support you need each month. Here’s how it works:

Monthly Retainer: Purchase a fixed number of hours each month from one of the packages below, guaranteeing my availability for your projects. This option is ideal for clients who need ongoing support and want to lock in a set number of hours every month.

Carry Over Hours: Any unused hours will carry over to the following month, ensuring you get full value for your investment. However, hours can only be carried over for one additional month. If they’re not used by then, they’ll expire.

Additional Hours: If you find you need more time during the month, you can purchase additional hours at your regular retainer rate.

Retainer packages provide the consistency and peace of mind you need, knowing that your business tasks are in capable hands.

Palm Breeze Support

Ideal for light, ongoing tasks that require just a few hours of support each week. Enjoy personalised assistance to help keep your business running smoothly.

Hours: 10 hours per month

Price: US$300

Tropical Wave Growth

Perfect for clients who need more consistent support. With 20 hours per month, you'll have the flexibility to tackle bigger projects or ongoing tasks.

Hours: 20 hours per month

Price: US$570 (5% discount, normally US$600)

Island Horizon Efficiency

Ideal for clients with heavier workloads or more complex tasks. With 30 hours of dedicated support, you’ll have the assistance you need to keep your business moving forward.

Hours: 30 hours per month

Price: US$810 (10% discount, normally US$900)

I offer specialised social media packages designed to help you maintain a strong and consistent online presence. These packages are perfect for solopreneurs and small businesses who already have a strategy in mind but need help bringing it to life.

Ocean Breeze Social

Ideal for small businesses or entrepreneurs who need minimal support with their social media presence.

Includes:

Up to 8 custom-designed posts per month (a mixture of main feed posts, Stories, reels etc.)
Includes a mix of branded images and videos
Caption writing
Post scheduling across up to 2 platforms
Basic audience engagement (responding to comments/messages)
Hashtag research for each post

Coral Coast Content

Ideal for clients who require more frequent posting and engagement to grow their social media presence.

Price: $685/month

Customised Packages

Need something else? I also offer customised packages for tasks like course setup, email marketing, or full-service sales funnel creation.

We’ll work together to agree on the tasks and a package price that suits your needs—no hourly billing required.

Hourly Rate

For clients who prefer to work on a pay-as-you-go basis, I offer my services at an hourly rate of US$35/hr. (Minimum of 2 hour per month.)

Subcontracting

I also collaborate with other freelancers, including VAs, Project Managers, and Social Media Managers, on a subcontracting basis. Please contact me for details on my discounted subcontracting rate.
